Nicole Love is a seasoned hospitality leader with more than 20 years of experience in hotel operations, sales, and leadership. As both a General Manager and Director of Sales, she has built a reputation for driving revenue growth, cultivating high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

Nicole’s journey, however, extends far beyond professional achievement. Her life was profoundly changed by the tragic loss of her daughter KREO to an asthma attack. In the face of unimaginable grief, she made a deliberate choice to transform her pain into purpose founding an initiative focused on raising awareness around asthma and mental health, with a mission to educate, support, and advocate for families facing similar challenges.

Her work is deeply personal. Before her success in hospitality, Nicole experienced firsthand the challenges of rebuilding life after incarceration. As a mother of three with no stable housing or resources, she navigated a system that often lacks the support needed for true transition. That lived experience became the driving force behind her passion for change.

Recognizing a critical gap in her community, Nicole founded a transitional support program dedicated to helping women reentering society after incarceration. Her initiative focuses on providing access to stable housing, essential resources, and a supportive environment empowering women not only to rebuild their lives but to do so with dignity, confidence, and opportunity.

Nicole leads with authenticity, resilience, and purpose.
